One of the best ways would be to post a note in some of the many online forums and groups asking if there are others in your area. Or you can look through posts that are already there. Most folks feel like theyre on their own in their area when there are actually plenty of others around. I personally never knew that there were at least a dozen other tickle fans in my hometown until I started looking...and yes, that includes women.
Many of the friends my husband and I have made have been a result of simply watching folks post in various places. If all you do is post a single personal ad and then sit back and wait for responses to pour in, its not too likely to happen. You need to give folks a chance to get to know you. Take part in online community conversations. Talk about what you like in relation to tickling. But, also talk about other areas of your life. It will give others a chance to see who you are so they can feel more comfortable in responding to you. There are plenty of us out here....many more than the proportionate few who get involved posting in groups. But, there are plenty who wander around lurking, just waiting for the right person to come along.
Give yourself half a chance. Start getting involved in conversations in some of the online forums and groups. Once folks see who you are, theyll be a lot more receptive to an inquiry.
